Accommodation

Participants should arrange and pay for their accommodation.

 

Attention!  ESRF/ILL GUESTHOUSE IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. PLEASE RESERVE A HOTEL IN TOWN.

 

A limited number of rooms will be available at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 January only (3 nights).  Please do not request a room outside this period, as the Guesthouse will be closed before and after the workshop.

Prices will be around 40 euros for a single room and 33 euros for a double room (per person, per night, breakfast included).

Allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis through the registration process.   Confirmation of reservations will be sent by email in due course.

Please note that for security reasons, the Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons . Moreover, children under the age of 16 are not allowed on site at all.

The on-site restaurant will not be open for evening meals.

Participants who cannot be accommodated at the Guesthouse must make their own accommodation arrangements. Prices have been negotiated with some hotels in Grenoble. A list is provided below. Participants must contact the hotel by e-mail preferably, and mention the ESRF negotiated prices. Please note that these are 2019 prices and may be subject to change in 2020.

Meals

Lunches of Wednesday 22, Thursday 23 and Friday 24 will be taken at the ESRF/ILL common restaurant.
 
The participants from outside EPN will have to wear their workshop badge and to show it to the cashier.
 

Poster Session Buffet and Workshop Dinner

During the poster session organised on Wednesday 22 a buffet dinner (apéritif dinatoire) will be served at the ESRF.

The Workshop Dinner will take place on Thursday 23 at the Grenoble Museum (Musée de Grenoble).
